I'm a bit curious on the value of the frames and wheels. You're mentioning they are between 21-28 and then you have pre-set this value in the editor. However since this value is in the table sta_equipment_model you have the possibility to have different values on lets say Cervelo models.
I am thinking on that some brands have very top-notch "poly" bikes but not as good cobbles versions. As I understand you perhaps shouldn't have the same value over the board. That's ex. Cervelo ALL formats, poly, TT and cobbles set at 27. The cobbles for one should perhaps be a listed differently than "normal" bikes. Some brands tend to excel on their cobble bikes, then others really doesn't put much effort on these special bikes. Same goes of course for TT bikes.

Then of course nothing sure how much the game makes on these values, but it's a lot more "real" having the (by rumour) top end bikes and wheels higher rated already in the editor. Sometime looking in-game at some top-notch brand mentioning very poor status lifts ones eyebrows.
So this valuation is IMHO very good, but as said perhaps each brand should have different values depending on type of model.

Am I totally wrong mates, or should this be looked into a little more ??

I'm okay with you but I don't know the level of all the models so I can't really give a mark for all of frames but if you want to do it, we will like it!
