Great as always, but I got a question.
That temple one can see in the first picture and also in some of the other doesn't pop up in my check.
I thought I got all of those Asian IBs but since it's missing I must have lost track of this.

Would be grateful if you mention the nif-name of this so I can check. Exactly the name, since I might have it under another name.
If possible include the files that's needed. (If I can't find it)

You are right! Chinese atmosphere is hard do with the IBS. I found that if the stage is flat you can use the autocity without tallhouse (for exemple Andalusie) and then work on the empty spaces, which are really ugly to look- The problem is with the hilly stages. The houses don´t look as a Chinese or Asian.
We need new Asian IBS!!!

Very happy to get that. I got most of them installed but it looks like one or two have slipped through the cracks somehow.
I can suspect the missing ones when I get huge big open squares, then some squares in China are just that. Even more so in the Corona times.

I must join the comments in that you really made the best of what's available in creating a little bit of Asian feelings in these races. Not easy to get houses and environment in both Asia and Africa with the IBs we got.
If I can put forward something is that the English old brick houses could have been used a bit, since what I remember of China in the rural areas they did have such houses. But then that was in the early 80s.

(Time to get my roadbooks and see if I can make a proper regulation for these latest stage races, looking over all the great races from Flo76 too. They need some "correct" KOMs and intermediate sprint points too)

I have never been to China, but from the documentaries I have seen, I have seen these propaganda posters several times. If any Chinese friend or someone who has been there tells me otherwise I will never wear them again.

For my next race, the Arctic Race of Norway. I have created, or more precisely adapted some IBS present in the game.
I think they are ideal for making the northern races more realistic.
In any case, criticisms and suggestions are welcome (especially Clamel, who knows the area well).

Yes,
those houses will do nicely on the Scandinavian countryside. Think the white and red are most common.
But do use the white brick church you made some time ago. Very often you see this white church in small villages and even openly in the countryside.



Forgot to say. Don't forget lots of Norwegian flags. Part from the Americans these Norwegians must be one the most flagwaving folks around.
